Christian Candy is preparing to sell his residential development at 80 Holland Park, W11.
Candy’s CPC Group has hired Knight Frank as sales agent on the 25-flat site, also known as Duke’s Lodge, with a launch expected in October when the development is complete.
Candy bought the site, then a 1930s block of flats, for £50m in 2014. He worked up plans to demolish the existing building, with the new, approved scheme put up for sale via Knight Frank and Savills in 2017 with a £75m price tag The development was taken off the market just weeks later and Candy decided to complete the development himself.
The block will include 24-hour concierge, a private screening room, a 17-metre pool with spa facility and a gym designed by Olympic triathlete Tim Weeks.
