Capital & Counties’ director of Covent Garden, Sarah-Jane Curtis, has resigned.
Curtis joined the firm and took responsibility for the Covent Garden estate in 2011, where she was in charge of leasing, development and asset management.
Previously she was retail investment director at the late Duke of Westminster’s property company, Grosvenor, for 25 years.
Curtis began her career in 1986 as a valuation surveyor in Grosvenor’s London estate after graduating from De Montfort University in Leicester with a degree in estate management.
Her resignation comes less than a month after the firm announced that finance director Soumen Das was leaving the firm in to take on a new role as chief financial officer at SEGRO.
