Capital & Counties Properties has revamped its corporate broker line-up, bringing in new faces to advise it on various aspects of listed life.
Capco said in a stock exchange update that Jefferies International will become its joint corporate broker alongside incumbent UBS.
A spokesman for the company confirmed that Jefferies replaces Bank of America, which had held a joint broker role alongside UBS.
Corporate brokers advise public companies on market issues and will often be the first port of call when a company looks to raise new funding or launch any other type of deal.
