Capital & Counties is to stop publishing trading updates, the company announced today.
Capco said it will continue publishing full-year and interim results as it posted its 2016 annual report and 2017 AGM notice.
In a note to investors, it said: “To reflect Capco’s strategy of driving value creation over the longer term, the board has taken the decision to cease publication of formal trading updates in May and November.
“The group remains committed to full and transparent disclosure and will continue with full-year and interim results announcements.”
