Capita Property Consultancy (CPC) has appointed three directors (pictured) to work in its offices across the UK.
John Southgate (pictured top left) has been appointed managing director of CPC’s transportation division. Southgate was formerly head of investment strategy at Railtrack, overseeing the group’s £2bn pa investment plan. He will be based at CPC’s offices in Bedford Square, London.
Andrew Harnett (pictured right) has taken up the post of director of building surveying at CPC’s Bedford Square office. Harnett joins the company after 17 years at Colliers CRE, and specialises in private sector business development.
Lindsay McCombe (pictured centre) has been appointed director of cost management at Redditch, with a brief to develop CPC’s quantity surveying services in the Midlands. McCombe was formerly group director of Currie & Brown Holdings.
