Capita has hired three new directors and a designer in its real estate division.
Stephen Peat has been appointed as technical services director in the company’s facilities management consultancy team.
Peat has more than 30 years’ experience and joins from Wembley Stadium, where he developed the FM strategy.
Kevin Wideman joins from GVA as divisional director in Capita’s Manchester property management team.
Maarten Beunderman joins from LSH and has been appointed as director in Capita’s corporate real estate team.
And Jonathan Jary joins as a workplace designer.
