Aberdeen Asset Management has appointed Robert Cass from Capita to head up its UK transactions.
Cass, director of investment at Capita, will report to Andrew Creighton, Aberdeen’s managing director, UK property fund management.
Aberdeen has also hired Capita director James Dunne as senior transactions manager.
Alan Dornford, managing director – real estate at Capita, said: “Rob and James have made a huge contribution to the business and will be leaving it in great shape.
