Capita has agreed to move into a new logistics facility at Balby Carr Bank, in Doncaster.
The firm has signed a 10-year lease on 147,000 sq ft of logistics development, owned by Hines.
The building is located 1.5 miles from the M18 junction 3 and is accessible via the A6182 and the A1(M)/M18 intersection located 3 miles from the site, meaning there are transport links to Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester in the North and Nottingham, Birmingham and London in the South.
Nearby occupiers include B&Q, Morrisons, Tesco, Screwfix, and IKEA.
