Capital & Regional Properties has bought Wyrley Brook Retail Park in Cannock, Staffordshire, plus 3.71ha (1.5 acres) of nearby land for £5.5m. The investment is expected to produce £518,000 in annual rental income – an initial yield of 9.1%.
