Capital & Regional has increased operating profit by 24% to £24m in the 12 months to the end of December 2015 as asset management activity bears fruit.
The shopping centre specialist saw its NAV per share rise to 72p, an increase of 20%, following increased investment and a repositioning of some assets in the portfolio.
The repositioning of assets also helped the company increase net rental income by 7.3% to £47.1m on a like-for-like basis. Included in this figure are 72 new lettings.
Occupancy is now 97.1% across the portfolio, up from 96.1% at the end of December 2014.
Total shareholder return was 29.8%, with a total dividend payment for 2015 of 3.12p per share, an increase of 228%.
