Greetings card retailer Card Factory has warned it could fold after announcing a £10m loss.
The chain, which has over 1,000 stores in the UK and Ireland, reported that sales for the 11 months to the end of December had fallen to £281.4m, from £424.5m over the same 11 months of 2019.
The mixed-use scheme is expected to support 2,500 jobs once complete
The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
