A joint venture between Cardiff developer PMH and Carlyle Property is planning a 125,000 sq ft speculative office scheme at Portishead, Bristol.
PMH is owned by Cardiff developers Tony Fletcher and Vince McNabb, responsible for Cardiff Gate Business Park, while Carlyle is a sister company of Julian Hodge Bank in the city.
Their joint venture, PMH Portishead, has acquired a five-acre site from Portishead Quays Consortium, which is led by Crest Homes.
Six two-storey office buildings are planned, with the first phase of three blocks due for occupation next spring.
Alder King and King Sturge have been appointed joint letting agents.
