The former headquarters of Carillion in Wolverhampton is for sale with a price tag of more than £3m.
The building – known as Carillion House – is owned by a private investor and not by the construction services giant, which went into liquidation earlier this year.
It is being offered for freehold sale and is due to be available with vacant possession, although Carillion and its liquidators PwC are in occupation and continuing to pay rent of £437,405 pa for both the main and an additional site.
The 0.7-acre site at 84 Salop Street is next door to the £55m Westside leisure development and comprises 37,338 sq ft of office space over six floors.
Bulleys and JLL are acting for the vendor.
