Carisbrooke has sold its Newton Aycliffe and Peterlee industrial estates, which total over 2m sq ft, to Dunedin as part of a £160m portfolio sale.
The deal also includes the 1.4m sq ft Treforest Industrial Estate in the Welsh Valleys, as well as the 76,000 sq ft Buckingway Business Park near Cambridge and the 190,000 sq ft West Molesey Industrial Estate near Hampton Court in Surrey.
The company has also sold £4.5m of additional stock in Peterlee to Highcross, as well as a further £4m-£5m of smaller land sales, mostly to owner-occupiers.
Dunedin has been keen to acquire an industrial portfolio for some time and is looking for more investments in the £10m-£100m range.
Carisbrooke acquired both sites from Helical Bar last year for £67.6m. They are multilet to around 250 tenants.
Holley Blake acted for Dunedin; Carisbrooke was represented by Lewis Ellis.
Both agents refused to comment.
Neither Carisbrooke nor Dunedin were available for comment.
