London-based Carisbrooke Investments has submitted plans for 450,000 sq ft of research and business space and 150 homes at its Haverhill research park in Hanchett End, Suffolk.
The developer has been working up proposals for the site since 2009.
A final masterplan for the area was adopted by St Edmunsbury borough council in April this year.
Work on the project is scheduled to begin early next year, subject to planning consent. Cheffins and Carter Jonas are agents for the scheme.
