Carlsberg has submitted plans through developer Roxhill for a 640,000 sq ft distribution hub in Northampton, as tipped by Estates Gazette.
The facility – larger than originally planned – will be built near the Brackmills Point scheme.
It will have a height of 21 metres, covering 585,000 sq ft of warehouse space, 22,500 sq ft of mezzanine space and a 27,000 sq ft office block.
