Carluccio’s heads for Dorchester’s Brewery Square

Carluccio’s is to open a branch at Waterhouse’s and Resolution Property’s Brewery Square development in Dorchester, Dorset.


The Italian chain will occupying 3,300 sq ft in the listed Bonded Stores building, with a dining terrace adjacent to the new Odeon cinema, and is scheduled to open in September 2012.


It joins Wagamama, Café Rouge, Pizza Express, Zizzi, Premier Inn and fashion retailer Hobbs in the prelet line up.


Brewery Square will regenerate more than 11 acres of the former Eldridge Pope Brewery. The £100m scheme includes 40 shops, six restaurants, two hotels, The Dorchester Spa, Odeon cinema, The Maltings Arts Centre & Hardy Theatre, the NHS Atrium Health Centre, garden square apartments and townhouses.
