Takeover talks at Italian restaurant chain Carluccio’s have collapsed.
The group announced on 5 May that it had received a preliminary approach for the company.
The approach was understood to have come from private equity group Hutton Collins.
Carluccio’s this afternoon said that discussions in relation to the approach had now been terminated.
