Carlyle has appointed GM Real Estate to advise on the sale of Alban Gate, the City offices of JP Morgan.
The private equity group acquired the 382,000 sq ft asset in July as part of a £671m deal for the White Tower portfolio, previously owned by Simon Halabi. Carlyle is believed to think the property could fetch £300m.
