Law firm Carpenters has signed for 19,403 sq ft at Jolivet Group’s No1 Tithebarn, Liverpool.
The six-year lease is the largest agreed so far this year in Liverpool’s central business district. Quoting rents on the space were £9 per sq ft.
No1 Tithebarn is a 155,000 sq ft, eight-storey office building at the junction of Tithebarn Street and Old Hall Street with shops on the ground floor.
The deal comes after medical reporting firm Speed Medical took the 7,677 sq ft top-floor office suite.
CBRE Liverpool and Worthington Owen are joint agents on No1 Tithebarn. Carpenters was unrepresented.
