Carpetright has paid £3.2m for the third phase of Henry Boot Developments’ Wessex Park Retail in Frome, Somerset.
The out-of-town scheme was completed in November 2004 and provides 21,500 sq ft of retail space.
The development’s tenants include Topps Tiles, Furniture Warehouse and Carpetright. Rents range from £8.75 per sq ft to £10 per sq ft.
Henry Boot was represented by Edwards Hardwick. Carpetright was advised by Harvey Spack Field.
