David Ross, the founder of Carphone Warehouse, has bought out Morgan Stanley from his £185m commercial property venture, Kandahar.
The move, for a nominal sum, came as it emerged that Kandahar will breach its loans covenants when it revalues its portfolio next month, According to accounts filed at Companies House.
