Carter Jonas has bought the central London estate agent Egerton.
Egerton’s three offices – in Mayfair, Chelsea and Marylebone – will be rebranded as Carter Jonas by the end of August 2002.
Egerton’s four directors will be involved in the merged business, which has assured staff that there will be no redundancies.
Carter Jonas has never previously sold or let homes in central London.
