Carter Jonas is to form an alliance with Irish property consultancy Ganly Walters to enhance their respective international capabilities.
The two companies have worked together before, on the sale of the Limestone Quarry portfolio of seven quarries in Ireland.
The formal strategic alliance will add complimentary services and a better flow of business between the UK and the strategically important Irish markets.
Ganly Waters managing director Robert Ganly said: “With an increasing number of sterling-based buyers entering the Irish market, the need to reach international buyers and advise our clients overseas is becoming ever more important. This new alliance with Carter Jonas provides us with direct access to its UK network and its employee expertise, located in 36 offices across the country. It also supports our objective to widen international relationships as we compete in a global marketplace.”
As a part of their commitment to international markets Ganly Walters has hired Evan O’Reilly who worked with IP Global in Asia. He will advise clients on international real estate investments and head the commercial division.
