Carter Jonas has poached Deloitte’s head of property valuations in the Middle East for its Leeds office.
Bruce Allan has been appointed as partner and head of valuations in Carter Jonas’ Northern hub.
Prior to working in the Middle East, Allan was director of valuation consultancy at GVA Bilfinger in Leeds.
His 27 years of specialist valuation experience includes providing valuation services to high street banks, building societies, specialist funders, developers, local authorities and government departments.
