The University of Warwick Science Park has appointed Carter Jonas as its sole property adviser across four of its locations in the West Midlands.
The sites comprise a combined 280,000 sq ft of lab, office and workshop space across the science park campus in Warwick, the business innovation centre in Binley, Coventry, the innovation centre in Warwick and Blythe Valley innovation centre in Solihull.
The campuses provide occupiers with options from flexible starter facilities to large self-contained spaces of up to 20,000 sq ft. The parks are already home to more than 150 organisations including Bosch, Continental, LG and Tata Steel, alongside growing companies including spin-outs and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Matt Lee, head of science and technology at Carter Jonas, said: “There are opportunities for new knowledge-intensive companies to join the existing cluster in both current and future specialist development projects.
“Our team is well equipped to bring additional value to this dynamic site. With a strong regional network of offices and a specialised science and technology team, we have the national reach and exposure to generate further interest and drive the expansion of the University of Warwick Science Park.”
