Carter Towler has closed the gap on third placed JLL in EG’s leaderboard for West Yorkshire with a 33,084 sq ft letting in Leeds.
The deal, at Trilogy 33, Logic Leeds, Skelton Moor Way, saw an undisclosed tenant take 1,752 sq ft of office and welfare premises and 31,332 sq ft of warehouse space on a 15-year lease at £6.75 per sq ft, equating to £223,317 pa.
Leading the pack in West Yorkshire is Knight Frank, which has disposed of 309,904 sq ft of space this year, followed by BNP Paribas Real Estate on 160,048 sq ft.
