The City of London Corporation has exchanged contracts with CarVal Investors and Orion European Real Estate Fund III to jointly develop 100 Cheapside, EC2.
Quadrant Estates will act as development manager for the 94,000 sq ft Grade-A office and retail development, located between the Bank of England and St Paul’s.
The property, which will offer 11,000 sq ft floorplates, is targeted for completion in 2014.
CBRE acted for the developer; BNP Paribas acted for the City.
