Restaurant chain Casa Brasil has secured its fourth UK site, at the £250m redevelopment of The Boardwalk in Brighton.
The Brazillian buffet has signed a 15-year lease on a 6,000 sq ft unit of the The West Quay Development Company’s first phase of the scheme.
When complete, the first phase will include seven restaurants and 195 homes. The second phase is set to include 658 homes.
From April: Eateries flock to Brighton
The all-you-can-eat buffet chain opened its first restaurant in Southampton three years ago and also has branches in Bournemouth, and Port Solent, Portsmouth.
It plans to open a fifth restaurant in Bristol by the end of the year.
Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell advised Casa Brasil.
