Castleforge Partners has bought Yorkshire House & Hub in Leeds’ business district for £22.15m from Fore Partnership.
The sale of the 85,977 sq ft office reflects a net initial yield of 4.9%. Fore acquired the building in 2014 for £17.8m.
Fore recently signed leases with Corecom Consulting, Hair Burst and Alscient on the scheme.
