Castleforge Partners has let more than 50,000 sq ft at its one Cathedral Square office project in Bristol.
The University of Bristol has taken 27,341 sq ft of space on the ground and first floors while Dyson Technology has acquired the second and third floors totalling 28,718 sq ft. Both have signed 10-year leases.
As a result, the building is now fully let less than three months after completion of its £7.2m refurbishment.
Castleforge’s Anthony Maxwell Jones said: “This has been a wonderful project and a great result for all parties associated with it. We’ve been able to offer the tenants what they wanted from a high-class city centre office and we look forward to them moving into Cathedral Square. This project highlights our capabilities of turning old a tired office buildings into some of the best office space available.”
Cushman & Wakefield and LSH acted for Castleforge Partners. Alder King advised the University of Bristol and Strutt & Parker advised Dyson.
