West Midlands-based private property developer Castlemore Securities has purchased a site in Great Yarmouth to build an 84,000 sq ft (7,803 sq m) B&Q warehouse.
The company has already exchanged an agreement to lease with B&Q in Pasteur Road, Great Yarmouth. It is hoping to commence building next spring, with completion scheduled for 12 months later.
Castlemore’s development director Bill Oakley said: “We’ve never done anything in the area before, so we are looking at it as a new challenge.”
