Plans for Braywick Gate, a 41,000 sq ft (3,800 sq m) speculative office scheme in Maidenhead, have been unveiled by Castlemore Securities.
Construction of the scheme, opposite Maidenhead station, is expected to start in late March, with completion scheduled for the end of 2003.
Strutt & Parker and Lambert Smith Hampton have been instructed as joint letting agents.
Strutts James Renison said: “Despite the Thames Valley downturn, Maidenhead is enjoying a strong micro-climate.”
