Care home developer Castleoak has appointed Nigel Watkins from Lovell Partnerships as its commercial director.
Watkins will lead the commercial, estimating and procurement teams.
Castleoak designs and builds care homes, extra care schemes, care villages and specialist care facilities across the UK.
Watkins joins from Lovell Partnerships where he was regional commercial manager for the Midlands, South Wales and Southern region.
Prior to this he was commercial director at Midas Retail.
Construction managing director Craig Currie said: “Nigel brings a depth of commercial experience to Castleoak.
“Before joining us he lead the commercial teams on major construction projects in the health, defence and education sectors, as well as wider commercial and industrial projects.
“Nigel has a real passion for the customer. He will work closely with me to raise the bar to deliver an even better construction product that delivers fantastic value to our customers.”
