Catalyst Capital has secured the debut letting at its refurbished Ship Canal House in central
Fortis Bank has signed for 4,185 sq ft on a 10-year lease, paying £28 per sq ft.
It will move from its former premises at the Observatory on Chapel Walks.
The 10-storey Ship Canal House, on
Catalyst Capital acquired it for £19.3m in 2005 and is undertaking a refurbishment of the 70,000 sq ft of space.
