This is the first sale from the L&Q Estates portfolio since the recent acquisition by Urban&Civic.

Neil Ballett, land director at Miller Homes West Midlands, added: “Miller Homes West Midlands is excited to have successfully acquired the first phase of land at Cawston, Rugby – an area we know well from our successful Poets Meadow scheme just a stone’s throw away.
“When the reserved matters consent is secured, it will allow much-needed quality housing to be delivered for the community, building on our strong local presence and commitment to the area.”
