Developer/investor Cathedral Group has bought the four-star Eynsham Hall in Oxfordshire the last of the Hanover International hotels from Jack Petchey for £9m.
The Grade II-listed building, with 144 bedrooms and 11 conference rooms, takes Cathedral’s conference centre portfolio to 400 bedrooms, with a value of more than £42m.
Savills advised Petchey; Cathedral acted for itself.
