Yorkshire-based agency Catterall & Company has hired two new directors to their national investment and development teams.
Hugh Elphick is a former Cushman & Wakefield partner who retired several years ago before joining Sanderson Weatherall, from which he resigned earlier this year.
He will now join Catterall & Company, operating from the Thames Valley to serve clients in London and the South East.
Tim Catterall, meanwhile, has been hired from Sanderson Weatherall where he was head of the national agency team.
Managing director Robin Catterall said the pair brought “a wealth of expertise and are fabulous appointments for us”.
