CB Richard Ellis is to hold its first Spanish auction on 3 July.
The sale will offer 30 homes in the Costa del Sol, from studios and apartments to villas, at Marbella’s conference and exhibition centre, the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos. The lots are priced from ¤129,000 to ¤950,000.
The event will also include six distressed lots, which are being offered on behalf of Halifax.
Nicolás Llari de Sangenís, CBRE residential and banking sector director, said: “This is our first live auction, framed in our new marketing channels strategy.
“After more than 10 online auctions, we’ve decided to back this new approach as the most suitable one for certain buyers, such as residential properties in the Costa del Sol region, which we believe will appeal to international buyers, mostly English and German.”
