CBRE Investment Management and Chancerygate have submitted plans to develop 105,000 sq ft of Grade A urban logistics space on a site near the Salford Community Stadium in Eccles.
Located on Stadium Way, the proposed scheme will comprise nine leasehold units ranging from 6,150 sq ft to 23,500 sq ft.
The five-acre site is close to the M60, M62 and M6 motorways, offering easy access to Manchester, Liverpool and wider North West region.
