CB Richard Ellis’ CEO Gérard Aubert has said that the company is anticipating market growth in the Paris, Hauts-de-Seine and the Ile-de-France area.
However, Aubert notes that the shortage of available office space in Ile-de-France is likely to continue for the next two or three years.
CB Richard Ellis was established in Paris in 1969 and is now number four in France.
