CBRE has appointed Gavin Morgan to head its pan-EMEA office investor leasing team.
Morgan was at JLL for 16 years, where he spent the majority of his career in APAC, before moving to JLL’s capital markets team in New York in 2015.
Meanwhile, Cris Tollast, the current head of CBRE’s EMEA office leasing and tenant rep team, will retire from the company at the end of 2017.
