CBRE has appointed Sergey Belov as director of its strategic consulting and valuation department in Russia.
Belov will oversee the company’s strategic consulting and valuation business in Russia and report to Alexander Polenok, managing director Russia.
Belov started his career in the valuation business in 1995. For the past seven years he headed the valuation department at Jones Lang LaSalle. During this time he worked with such companies as Open Investments, AFI Development, Etalon Group, Renova Stroy Group, MosCityGroup, MIRAX, and XXI Century.
Belov graduated from Moscow State Technical University and the Centre for Valuation Studies at the Columbia Institute, Texas.
He is president of the Business Alliance of Appraisers and a member of the National Council of Valuation in Russia.
