CBRE has appointed Joel Coren as a senior director in its UK development and residential capital markets group.
Coren joins from Lipton Rogers, but is a former CBRE and Savills employee, having held positions in London and the US with the firms.
He will be responsible for strategic projects in London working in the land and residential capital markets teams.
Peter Burns, managing director at CBRE UK, said: “Joel will enable us to provide our clients with an integrated global service.”
