CBRE appoints new head of Oxford office

CBRE has appointed Kevin Wood as the new nead of its Oxford office, starting on 1 January 2025. He will replace Richard Venables, who will focus on wider business development opportunities after leading the Oxford office since 2022. Wood joined CBRE’s Oxford office two years ago from Lambert Smith Hampton, where he spent nearly a decade as head of the office and led the agency team. Since joining CBRE, he has led some of the company’s most significant transactions. Tom Morris, managing director, Midlands and South, said: “As our Oxford office enters its next phase of development and growth, I look forward to working closely with Kevin as we expand our proposition to clients in the region.” Wood added: “Under Richard’s stewardship, we have achieved impressive growth over the past two years.
