CBRE has appointed Ernst Hanfstaengl as its head of transaction advisory, global corporate services.
Hanfstaengl joins from JLL where he has been head of the consulting services team. He has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
In his new role he will advise corporate customers in the preparation and process of location and space strategies as well as advise on transactions.
He will also be responsible for consultations services regarding conversions of non-essential industrial and office property.
