CBRE has appointed Tom Mudd as senior director to lead its affordable housing valuation service.
He will work with housing associations, investors and banks and grow CBRE’s client base. The division advises on affordable housing policy, planning, financial partnerships, development and valuation.
Mudd joins from Montagu Evans where he was a partner, providing consultancy for both public and private sector clients.
Jason Hardman, executive director for residential valuation at CBRE, said: “This an incredibly exciting time to be active in this sector, with the provision of affordable housing being at the top of the political agenda.
“Tom’s business strengths and expertise will be hugely valuable to us to create new opportunities for CBRE’s residential valuation business to grow.”
