CBRE Hotels has appointed Paul Collins as head of hotel investment properties for the UK and Ireland.
He will be responsible for leading the hotels transactional business across the UK and Ireland.
Collins joined CBRE Hotels in 2001 and has been responsible for leading the hotels team in Ireland, which he will continue to do, in addition to his new responsibilities.
CBRE Hotels managing director Keith Lindsay said: “Paul has successfully led our hotels team in Ireland and I am pleased that he will now assume the important role of leading our UK and Ireland hotel investment properties team. His appointment demonstrates our commitment to putting the best talent in leadership roles to support our strategic growth and strengthen opportunities for international hotel transactions.”
