Federated Hermes’ Christian Judd has joined CBRE as a director in its capital advisors team in Ireland.
Judd was previously an associate director for corporate finance at Federated Hermes International, in the private markets division, where he was responsible for real estate corporate finance transactions.
These included acquisitions and disposals, financings, creating new joint ventures and corporate restructurings for key clients including the BT Pension Scheme and CPPIB.
Before that, he was in the real estate corporate finance team at EY.
Judd will be based in Dublin. While he will work within the Irish capital advisors team, led by executive director Andy Tallon, Judd will also work closely with the wider EMEA real estate investment banking team to leverage the agent’s wider capital advisory platform.
Tallon said: “We are seeing greater demand for corporate finance advice and capability in Ireland and Christian’s experience will allow us to provide clients with a wider spectrum of solutions, using the wider European platform CBRE has to offer.”
