CBRE has appointed Sarah Stevens as a senior director in the UK planning team based in London.
Stevens joins the firm from Turley and specialises in town and city centre regeneration projects and scale residential-led schemes.
She has worked with clients including Landsec, the Crown Estate, British Land, Hammerson, TH Real Estate and Wates.
She has also worked on numerous regeneration schemes including securing hybrid planning permission for Croydon Council for the seven-hectare Fairfield site near East Croydon station, providing full planning services to Land Securities and the Crown Estate, and securing planning permission for the retail development Westgate in Oxford, which is due to open this October.
